While the opposing coaches are getting more upset with these Knicks, the bookies have slowed down to embrace Tom Thibodo’s rolling Ragnar – the winner of a league-high nine straight games.
According to Covers.comA betting analysis website, Nux has covered the point spanning the last 11 contests. However, in four of the last six matches, he has gone as a betting underdog in point spreads.
A case in point came Saturday vs. Toronto.

The obvious explanation is that the Knicks are still being taken lightly as they have been out of the playoffs in seven straight seasons and have not made a major free-agent addition.
but Ponniah feels that the bookies are slow to adjust as the Knicks were also the worst team against the spread in 2019-20 and this revelation has seen a lot of ups and downs in the 34-27 season as well.
The Knicks lost the Streak after losing five games in early January and took a 1–5 lead at the end of January. They lost five straight games before the start of this historic win from 9 April.
Ponniah said, “I think the discrepancy has played a role in the constraints that assure they are not the real deal.”
However, the Knicks have beaten the odds all season – 14-7 as an underdog on the road. He could start well for a six-game Western swing next weekend.
In his first meeting with the resurgent Sun (42-17) in vs. Phoenix for Monday’s home game, Ponniah expected the Nucks to place bets on the underdogs.
Las Vegas underestimated the Nucks entering training camp, setting up over-and-under for a win in 22 games.
