1 dead, other injured in knife fight outside NYC gambling den

One person has died and at least three others have been injured after a vicious knife fight out of a gamble in Chinatown, Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

Law enforcement sources told The Post that there was blood on the sidewalk outside the illegal basement gambling at 57th Street and Seventh Avenue at around 9:30 pm Friday.

Sources said the three men tried to loot the place, but one of the employees was stabbed before entering inside.

Three pools of blood and tattered, blood-stained clothes could be seen on the sidewalk in front of the door at 5701 Seventh Avenue, where some two dozen NYPD officers processed the crime scene at midnight.

The neighborhood is known locally as “Little Fuzhou”, after the city in China’s Fujian Province where many of its residents moved from there.

Police were still determining if there was still any stabbing on the large scale. Sources said three of the victims were taken to the nearby Sunset Park branch of NYU Langone.
