Cops have busted a man who allegedly snuck into a sleeping woman’s Queens apartment and ogled her, police said Thursday.

Emmanuel Rosario, 32, was arrested Wednesday after a tip helped track him down, cops said.

The sick crime unfolded around 4 p.m. March 29 in Fresh Meadows — when the 49-year-old victim woke up to find Rosario standing over her holding her cellphone, police said.

As the victim tried to drive the intruder from her apartment, Rosario abruptly turned toward her and threw her against a wall, pinning her hands, authorities said.

Cops said the attacker then sexually abused her before bolting, though Rosario has not been charged in the sex attack.

The victim was taken to Flushing Hospital Medical Center, where she was treated for a knee injury and released.

About a half-hour later at 185th Street and 186th Lane, Rosario allegedly entered a shed through an unlocked back gate and removed a Razor scooter worth about $370, as well as power tools.

Rosario was charged with robbery and two counts of burglary in connection to the incidents, police said.
