American singer-songwriter Demi Lovato took to Instagram and told her fans that she was celebrating her body. The 28-year-old recently talked about going through an eating mess, and wrote that he “lost weight” after ignoring pre-established assumptions about diet and fitness. “I don’t count calories anymore. I no longer exercise. I do not restrict or purify. And I don’t particularly live life according to the diet culture .. and I’ve actually lost weight. It is a different experience but I feel fulfilled. Not of food but of divine knowledge and cosmic guidance, ”she wrote a video of herself. Along with the video she also captioned about living in peace. “I am full of peace, peace, joy and love today,” she wrote. She also shared an Insta story, which talked about body positivity and captioned it: “Thank you body for your patience and trust.”
