Dr. Jen Armstrong selling $6M home for ‘fresh start’ with husband

Dr. Jen Armstrong is ready to say goodbye to her sprawling Orange County, Calif., mansion and start anew with husband Ryne Holliday and their three children.

“Our home is for sale with 180-degree ocean views in a market where there’s no inventory,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star says of her current five-bedroom, three-bathroom house, which spans more than 3,000 square feet and has been prominently featured on Season 16 of the Bravo series.

In addition to its airy, open-concept deign, the recently remodeled property in Newport Beach boasts unobstructed vistas of Catalina Island and San Clemente Island and an internal courtyard with plenty of room to entertain and an outdoor fireplace to keep guests cozy.

However, the house’s pièce de resistance is undeniably its backyard veranda, where several noteworthy “RHOC” scenes have taken place.

“Our home is for sale with 180-degree ocean views in a market where there’s no inventory,” Armstrong tells Page Six of her Corona Del Mar property.

It was on the expansive terrace where Heather Dubrow counseled Armstrong, 41, through her marital woes with Holliday, 42 — and where Holliday also walked away from a conversation with Armstrong about said problems.

“Although we are sad to give up the home we just remodeled, we thought it was the perfect time to move back to my childhood neighborhood which has always been my dream,” Armstrong tells Page Six, revealing her plans to settle down elsewhere in Orange County.

The cosmetic MD adds, “We are hoping our new home is a place for a clean slate and fresh start to work on our marriage and family.”

According to Realtor.com, Armstrong’s home is currently on the market with an asking price of $5,999,000.

The couple’s decision to move comes after Armstrong exclusively told Page Six about a month-long separation that ultimately refortified their relationship.

“I’m just going to be honest. We actually separated. We separated and then lived life without each other,” she said in February, emphasizing that her brief split with Holliday came after addressing issues in their union throughout their first season of the Bravo reality show.

“Sometimes I think you need to get a little shaken up before you really appreciate the other person.”

The doctor and the stay-at-home dad butted heads over a mutual lack of appreciation for their differing roles in raising their three children: twins Cece and Vince, 9, and Valor, 8.

Armstrong noted that the short-term uncoupling was her idea. “It was not easy,” she said. “But it just reached a point where there was nothing left to do.”

The spouses eventually learned to appreciate each other’s contributions to their household during the weeks spent apart — and remembered why they fell in love over a decade ago.

“After you’ve been together 12 years and have been through so much stuff — to hell and back together so many times — you almost forget that the other person wants to have fun and have lighthearted conversations and go out,” she enthused. ‘So, we’ve been doing a lot of that and it’s actually been enjoyable.”

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
