Jurors in Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes’ fraud trial said Monday that they’re unable to reach unanimous verdicts on three of 11 charges.

San Jose federal Judge Edward Davila urged the jurors to keep deliberating without giving up their individual beliefs.

If jurors remain deadlocked on any charges, the prosecutors could opt to bring the charges against her again in a follow-up trial.

The jury notified the court about the impasse in a note Monday.
