The Hamptons are heading to Palm Beach.

East end local rag Dan’s Papers, which first began publishing in 1960, is heading down south for the winter, following its well-heeled readers to Palm Beach.

We hear the first issue will clock in at 112 pages and feature artist Hunt Slonem, whose bunny paintings are a favorite of the socialite set.

Trainer Isaac Boots, who gets Kelly Ripa in shape and is doing a residency in town at the Colony Hotel, will also be featured along with seasonal and local residents Jean Shafiroff, Ramona Singer, Tommy Hilfiger, Iris Apfel and Bill Boggs.

In addition to putting out issues starting January 21 through April, we’re told the pub’s owner Victoria Schneps will host a live stream show on art and fashion with former WNBC-TV anchor Jane Hanson that will film at the Colony.

While Palm Beach has always been a hotspot, it went nuclear in the past years with New York City residents looking to wait out the pandemic in sunnier weather. Real estate boomed and several high-end Manhattan eateries like Sant Ambroeus, La Goulue and Le Bilboquet opened outposts.

Omicron doesn’t seem to be slowing things down.

At a recent private New Year’s Eve bash, a secluded area was set up for any guests who unexpectedly tested positive for coronavirus upon arrival. “When you arrive you have to take a rapid test and you’re given a cocktail while you wait,” a source told us of the party plan. “Here’s the twist: If you test positive, [you just go to the pool and outdoor area next door] for what he’s calling the ‘positive-test [party].’ You can go next door and have your own cocktail with your fellow positive friends.”
