An Iowa State University student was found dead in her sorority parking lot – due to excessive drinking and exposure to cold, officials say.

According to the newspaper, Chuchi was the daughter of Minnesota Supreme Court Judge Margaret Chutich and his wife, Allina Health CEO Penny Wheeler.
