Jodie Foster hit back, mentioned Aaron Rodgers in Golden Globes acceptance speech

Jodie Foster returned in favor of Aaron Rodgers on Sunday night.

The actor-director thanked the Packers quarterback as he accepted the Golden Globe for his performance in “The Mauritanian”.

Three weeks ago, Rodgers dropped Foster’s name when he accepted his 2020 NFL MVP award and announced his engagement. (Go to the 55-second mark of the video below.)

Rodgers’ shouts sounded haphazard, but it was then announced that Foster’s co-star in “The Mauritanian”, Shailene Woodley, is the man who rode Rodgers. Foster has denied that she was a matchmaker for both and insists that she has never met Rodgers.

If she wins the Golden Globe, she will mention Rodgers “absolutely”. He said that he would also have to mention the entire team.

After the Globe, she took the interviewers from home “backstage” deep into her thinking.

Foster also said, as he told Jimmy Kimmel, that Woodley found out during the shooting how much Foster loved The Packers.

“And sometimes I can talk a little bit about that. So certainly Shailen was very aware of my enthusiasm for the team, ”said Foster, per Yahoo.
