Kanye West could be charged for allegedly assaulting a fan outside a Los Angeles nightspot in January, according to a report.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that police have almost completed their investigation of the incident, which includes paparazzi videos and witness statements.
West never spoke with police, blaming a busy schedule, the outlet reported.
The DA will have three options, TMZ said: file charges, turn down the case or call all the parties in for a meeting to negotiate settlement conditions.
