Katie Holmes attends dinner at Taylor Swift’s old rental

Taylor Swift’s Cornelia Street carriage house – which inspired a hit song off her “Lover” album – is now a fancy event space that’s drawing in celebrities like Katie Holmes.

The former “Dawson’s Creek” star, 43, was spotted at Swift’s old Greenwich Village pad on Tuesday for Italian wine brand Santa Margherita’s new rosé launch.

The booze brand hosted an intimate dinner there, mostly for food journos, but we’re told Holmes popped in before it got too rowdy.

“Katie was talking about how she loved that it was Taylor Swift’s house and mentioned how she almost walked there,” a source told Page Six.

“She also was talking about her hometown of Toledo, Ohio, and how they booze.”

Holmes, who broke up with chef ex-boyfriend Emilio Vitolo Jr., last year, dined on dishes from his father’s Italian restaurant, Emilio’s Ballato, as she sampled Santa Margherita’s rosé and wine.

The brand also paired the wines with signature dishes from New York celebrity hot spots and Italian staples like Rao’s, I Sodi, L’Artusi, Via Carota, Charlie Bird and Locanda Verde.

Swift rented the 5,500 square-foot pad located at 23 Cornelia Street in 2016 for $39,500 a month as she renovated her $20 million apartment in Tribeca. She penned the song “Cornelia Street” around the same time she met current boyfriend Joe Alwyn, whom she’s been dating for five years.

It is now decked out with portraits of Jimi Hendrix and Kate Moss. We’re told Holmes fled the scene early before other guests arrived to the event at 6 p.m.
