A Manhattan man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly firing the stray shot that hit a Bronx mother as she pushed her 2-year-old daughter in a stroller last week, police said.

Cody Ball, 27, was charged with attempted murder over the Nov. 4 shooting that wounded 28-year-old Tatiana Guzman on West 225th Street near Broadway in Marble Hill as she was heading home from a nearby Target store.

Bystanders ducked out of the way of the bullet.

Ball allegedly fired as he and another suspect were feuding with a 22-year-old man near the intersection.

The shot blew past the 22-year-old and hit Guzman in the left thigh and narrowly missed her toddler.

Guzman told The Post last week that she’s considering leaving the Big Apple because of the shooting.

“It’s crazy now that nobody can feel safe anywhere in New York. It’s crazy how the wrong people have guns in their hands,” she had said.

Ball is also facing charges of robbery, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a firearm.
