Odell Beckham Jr.’s girlfriend was keeping fans entertained amid the wide receiver’s waiting game.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, Lauren Wood shared a cozy photo in the water while modeling a black thong bikini. The post came shortly before news broke that Beckham would be signing with the Rams.
Earlier in the week, Wood — who has been linked to Beckham since 2019 — was bombarded with free-agency questions on Instagram over speculation about the three-time Pro Bowler’s future destination.
Beckham, 29, was waived on Monday after two-and-a-half seasons in Cleveland. He cleared waivers on Tuesday, becoming a free agent, and drew interest from several NFL teams, including the Patriots and, most recently, the Packers.
Ahead of Thursday’s decision, ESPN reported that Beckham wanted to be a part of a playoff contender and in a winning environment.
The Rams, who are currently 7-2 following a loss to the Titans last Sunday, are essentially in Super Bowl-or-bust mode. Not only did the team trade for quarterback Matthew Stafford in January, but they recently acquired linebacker Von Miller. With Beckham in the mix, this could be one dangerous contender down the stretch.
