This home rocks.
Hayley Williams, the lead vocalist of Tennessee rock band Paramore, has listed a sleek-looking Nashville pad for an even $1 million, the listing brokerage told The Post.
This Cape Cod-style spread in Hillsboro Village is just one of her homes in Music City, according to TMZ — and this is where she recorded her second solo album, “Flowers for Vases / desc ansos,” which dropped earlier this year.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home measures 2,137 square feet, and it gave Williams plenty of creative inspiration. A green front door leads to a white-walled living area with a prominently arch-shaped fireplace. Off to the side, and through an arched entry, there’s a dining room with a blue and white-patterned ceiling. This entry level also includes a windowed kitchen with a dishwasher and a home office.
The upstairs master suite, seemingly shaped by the roof of the house, has an angled ceiling hovering over hardwood floors. Off to the side of the bed, there are two seating areas — one next to a set of windowed doors and another one, more cozy, under another peaked ceiling. The master bathroom has funky geometrical tiles on the floor and walls, as well as a claw foot bathtub and a standing shower.
Outside, a manicured lawn surrounds a fire pit, which stands next to a patio that as space for a grill and seating.
Donna Brevard, of Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty, has the listing.
