Pot activists will vaccinate for enyurs on 4/20

This may sound like a Dobie-Yus scheme – but it is now completely legal.

A long-time marijuana activist has attempted to take out free additions to Union Square Park on 4/20 – unofficial marijuana leave – which anyone shows with a valid COVID-19 vaccination record card.

“Krispy Kreme is Giving Donuts Away” [for those with proof of vaccination]”At least the medical marijuana movement could take a stand up for science,” Dana Beal, Tuesday’s 74-year-old organizer “Jobs for Jobs” Cheap, told The Post Monday.

Tuesday’s event, Beal said, “Our chance is to say thank you to the village.” [Andrew] Cuomo ”- after the governor signed a law last month to legalize adult use of recreational marijuana in New York.

Beal said, “I’m sure they didn’t expect that we would give free weed to promote their vaccination effort.”

Beal, the founder of the Global Marijuana March and a Veteran of Youth International Party known as the Yipies, said a sign-up table would be set up between him and other coordinators Tuesday in Manhattan Park between 11 and 4:20 p.m.

Those who are vaccinated against coronoviruses are welcomed to “show off” during that timeframe and “we are the parties to give them a bigger share” as some wacky tobacies, Beal said.

However, Kylig’s seekers should have “proof” of their vaccination status, Beal said, “If they don’t have proof, we’ll send them.”

Beal said that there would be enough boxes for anyone who would like.

“I was rolling [the joints] Last night, ”Beal said. “People were supposed to roll these couples with love.”

And if anyone remembers Tuesday’s event, a similar event will take place on May 1 in the city’s Cannabis Parade.

“We’re going to have thousands of couples for both events,” Beal said.

All of the marijuana “jobs for jobs” are sour for the event that the weed has a “expiration date” and “can no longer be sold,” Beal said, who insisted that it was still “perfectly good.” And “excellent” is cannabis.

Beat, previously incarcerated on pot-trafficking charges, is able to legally eject couples from the Big Apple thanks to New York’s new marijuana law.

Under the law signed into law by Cuomo on March 31, New Yorkers are legally allowed to keep up to 3 ounces of cannabis outside the home – and can smoke it publicly where smoking tobacco is permitted.

Mark Bedrow, a criminal defense attorney and former Manhattan prosecutor, “Under the new law, individuals over the age of 21 can publicly hand 3 ounces of cannabis to anyone as young as 21 years old.”

“Smoking cannabis in a New York City park would be prohibited as a cigarette. If this man is over 21 years old and wants to stand on a park or public sidewalk and hand over the joints to anyone over the age of 21, then New York legislators green-light him and others to do so. The light is on, ”Bedero said.

“The NYPD and DA are essentially powerless to do anything about it if everyone appears to be of age,” he said.
