Pump those fists!

With DJ Pauly D beating that beat up at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night, Ryan Reaves and the Rangers decided to join in on the party. After not scoring all season, Reaves put two goals in the back of the net to propel the Blueshirts to a thrilling 6-3 comeback win over the Maple Leafs.

Perfect timing for a brand new episode of the “Up In The Blue Seats” podcast with Ron Duguay and Mollie Walker.  The Post’s Hall of Fame hockey columnist Larry Brooks dropped by to talk about Chris Kreider’s tremendous season. Former Rangers and Maple Leafs defenseman Chris Kotsopoulos also joined the show.

Up In The Blue Seats Podcast with Ron, Mollie & Jake:

  • RYAN REAVES/BIG WIN: First two goals as a Ranger. He is a quote machine after games. Always has interesting things to say and keeps it real. That was an impressive win over a good Maple Leafs team. Braden Schneider continues to dazzle for the Blueshirts.
  • PARTY TIME: DJ Pauly D turned MSG into a party Wednesday. Rangers have had various DJs at home games this year, making it a fun experience.

  • BUCHNEVICH: Rangers won’t try and re-acquire Pavel Buchnevich.
  • KREIDER: Will finally hit 30 goals this season. Huge part of this team. Scoring has changed in the NHL from 1980s to what it is today.
  • CHYTIL: Filip Chytil switch to the wing has been a success.

Chris Kotsopoulos Interview:

  • GERARD GALLANT: He coaches as he used to play. He lets the players play.
  • DEFENSE: Rangers could use another defenseman or two.
  • FIGHTS WITH RON: Kotsie tells the hilarious story of the time he almost fought Ron on the ice and Ron protecting his face after signing a modeling deal.
