Seven college students died and four were injured during a tragic incident in Bolivia when a railing collapsed, causing them to fall from a fourth-floor balcony.

A large portion of El Alto’s public university students were loaded with balconies before showing the way to the railing in a wild video of Tuesday’s incident.

The tragedy occurred at the University’s Financial Science Building, as students attempted to enter a lecture hall for an assembly.

Bolivian police general commander Jhonny Aguilera Montecino said on Wednesday that the woman seen in the conflict would be interrogated as part of the investigation, Local shops reported.

Montecino also attributed the cause of death to “multiple trauma” for the victims.

“We regret the tragedy that occurred at the public university of #Alato (UPEA), where many deaths and injuries occurred,” Bolivian President Luis Aers said. Wrote on twitter.
