Tom Bergeron’s cheeky reaction to ‘DWTS’ exec producer’s exit

Tom Bergeron is getting saucy.

On Thursday, the television personality cheekily responded to a tweet about “Dancing with the Stars” executive producer Andrew Llinares stepping down.

When asked for his thoughts by a fan about the shakeup, Bergeron responded, “Karma’s a b–ch,” along with a winky face emoji.

Llinares joined the ABC franchise in 2018 and oversaw huge changes, including the decision to replace Bergeron and co-host Erin Andrews with Tyra Banks.

Bergeron, 66, started hosting the dance show in 2005 until he was let go in 2019.

“Just informed @DancingABC will be continuing without me,” he tweeted announcing the news. “It’s been an incredible 15 year run and the most unexpected gift of my career. I’m grateful for that and for the lifelong friendships made. That said, now what am I supposed to do with all of these glitter masks?”

It was no secret that the “Hollywood Squares” alum clashed with Llinares.

He made that clear when President Trump’s former press secretary Sean Spicer was a contestant in the show’s 28th season.

Bergeron tweeted that he had lunched with Llinares and suggested that the returning season be free of politics, which was ignored.

“It is the prerogative of the producers, in partnership with the network, to make whatever decisions they feel are in the best long term interests of the franchise,” he wrote. “We can agree to disagree, as we do now, but ultimately it’s their call.”

Andrews, who joined the show as a co-host in 2014, confessed to being shocked when told of the firing.

“It was a surprise,” Andrews told Extra. “I got a phone call and I answered the phone. I was like, ‘This isn’t good.’”
