Tom Brady wins the toss on the risky Lombardi Trophy

What was going on in Tom Brady’s mind when he threw the Lombardi Trophy into the river?

Nothing.

“I wasn’t thinking at that moment,” a smiling Brady “Late Late Show with James Corden,” on Tuesday. When asked about his ill-throwing during the Buccaneers Super Bowl Parade.

Brady’s daughter, Vivian, can be heard shouting, “Daddy, no!” As a 43-year-old future Hall of Famer, Tromp threw the underhand from a ferry to another boat 12 feet above the Hillsborough River in Tampa.

“Who can imagine that an 8-year-old girl would have the most sense?” Brady said. “That’s the voice of reason. Go find out.”

Luckily for Brady, the Buccaneers had tight end Cameron Brett to catch.
