Tom Holland is shutting down those real estate rumors.
While appearing on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” on Friday, the “Spider-Man: No Way Home” star refuted stories that he had bought a house in South London with girlfriend, Zendaya.
“I’ve had so many people call me up because apparently, I bought a new house in South London? Which is completely false!” Holland told Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest. “I didn’t buy a new house. I’m like, ‘Wow, what a surprise, I wonder when I’ll get the keys.’”
Seacrest asked the actor, 25, how he thinks the rumors originated.
“I don’t know!” Holland exclaimed to the delight of the studio audience.
He and his Spidey co-star Zendaya, also 25, first sparked stories that they were dating while filming their 2017 film “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” They were finally confirmed when the couple was snapped making out in a car at a red light in Los Angeles last summer.
Since then the two have gone to weddings together, been cute on Instagram, and gushed about each in interviews.
Last week the press-shy duo made the rounds in Manhattan.
They were seen munching on popcorn at a New York Rangers game at Madison Square Garden along with Zendaya’s “Euphoria” co-star Hunte Schafer and Holland’s brother Sam. The quartet all rocked matching jerseys but the couples were personalized with an extra flourish: Zendaya’s read “Holland,” while his said “Zendaya.”
The stars’ tops also featured the number 96, in a nod to their birth year.
They were also photographed holding hands on the way to a screening of Holland’s latest film, “Uncharted.”
Last month the “Euphoria” star flew to the UK to spend time with Holland and his family.
