Vinny Guadagnino is not “DTF” Angelina Pivarnick.
The “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” star joked that he’d rather jump off a balcony than date his co-star amid her divorce from Chris Larangeira.
“I’m on the 18th floor of my hotel. I would rather jump off this balcony than ever entertain one of those rumors,” Guadagnino told Us Weekly.
“I don’t know if people think that I’m, like, capping or I’m lying about this. When I tell you there’s not an ounce of energy or anything in my body that has any kind of romantic attraction toward Angelina, I promise you, I do not.”
Pivarnick, 35, met Guadagnino, 34, in 2009 while filming MTV’s “Jersey Shore.” While their co-stars frequently joked about them having “sexual tension,” they never officially dated.
“She’d probably smash. You know, I’m a pretty good catch,” he said. “So if I, like, wanted to, and I was like, ‘Yo Angelina, like, I really like you.’ I mean … she wouldn’t say no, you know? But I don’t think she’s actively trying to get with me either.”
Pivarnick is recently single following her split from Larangeria earlier this year.
The couple were on and off for a while before pulling the plug on their marriage for good, due to various reasons, including allegations of infidelity and a lack of intimacy.
Pivarnick aired out their obstacles on “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.”
“It’s like, we’ll fight, and then whoever starts the fight won’t want to bang,” the reality star said. “So he don’t want to bang, I don’t want to bang, no one wants to bang.”
Pivarnick previously filed for divorce from her estranged husband in 2021 but the case was dismissed. Larangeira filed again in January 2022 claiming “irreconcilable differences” with “no reasonable prospect of reconciliation.”
While Guadagnino said he’s read some of the “messy details” regarding the divorce from the tabloids, he claims he hasn’t spoken to Pivarnick since.
