According to police sources, a 28-year-old woman was killed outside the Brooklyn party venue early Sunday, injuring two people.
The slain victim – whose name has not yet been publicly released – blasted her once in a stomach around 6:15 am outside the Celebration Events and Party Hall on Atlantic Avenue in Cirrus Hills.
He was rushed by ambulance to a Jamaican hospital, but was declared dead on arrival before 7 am, according to sources.
A 26-year-old man was also shot in the body and taken to NYC Health + Hospitals / Woodhull by private means during the crime. He is expected to survive, sources said.
Sources said that a 36-year-old man was also shot, who was hit by a right calf and also suffered injuries to his face and hip. He was taken to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and is also expected to survive.
On Sunday, detectives were seen going to the small party venue, which is open 24 hours a day. It was not immediately clear what event was taking place at the time of the shooting.
Sources said officers were campaigning for video of the attack, and there was no immediate description of the attacker or attackers.
