Clint Frazier is no longer a Yankee.

The Yankees announced Friday that Frazier, Rougned Odor, and Tyler Wade have been designated for assignment. All three will go through waivers as the Yankees cleared space for their 40-man roster.

Frazier played five seasons in the outfield for the Yankees. This season, in 218 plate appearances, he hit .186 with a .633 OPS and -1.4 WAR.

Frazier’s played his final game at a major league level for the Yankees in late June, as he dealt with an injury that was something of a mystery.

“[I’d] love to have the opportunity to talk about this situation publicly and probably plan to do so soon,’’ Frazier wrote last month. “My issues have been very personal to me and something I’ve wanted to handle privately, but there’s been a lot of inaccurate things reported about my injury that I’ll clear up.”

Frazier was initially listed as being out with vertigo.

However, Yankees manager Aaron Boone later told reporters Frazier visited doctors in Michigan to deal with neck and vision issues. The specifics of his injuries remained undisclosed per his wishes.

The Yankees acquired Frazier from the Indians as the centerpiece prospect in the deal that sent lefty reliever Andrew Miller to Cleveland.
