Biden’s ‘fight’ over HHS chief over migrant children: report

President Biden called his head of the Department of Health and Human Services “kicked out” by the agency for dealing with migrant children on the southern border as the crisis spiraled out of control this spring.

Biden had harsh words for HHS Secretary Javier Becerra after he allegedly failed to answer his questions about how HHS was dealing with an increase in unaccounted migrant children at the border in late March, according to sources the new York Times.

The Biden administration has seen an increase in Central American migrants crossing the Mexican border over the past few months, with thousands of unaccounted children housed in HHS facilities in various states.

HHS facilities currently house more than 20,000 expatriates, up from 12,000 in March. They are scattered in 200 shelters in many states, According to reports.

US Customs and Border Protection Officer Reported More than 178,000 migrants are crossing the southern border in April, slightly higher than in March. According to CBP data, the number of lonely minor children crossing the border has fallen by 12 percent in the past month.
