The future Mrs. Clint Frazier is ready for the couple’s next chapter.
On Tuesday, Kaylee Gambadoro shared a handful of images from the pair’s dreamy engagement shoot, the same day the 27-year-old outfielder was nearing a deal to join the Cubs.
“Swooning over our engagement pictures and swooning over the fact I get this red headed man forever,” Gambadoro posted on Instagram, sharing photos taken by Authentic Collective.
Frazier, who announced his engagement to Gambadoro in July, was designated for assignment by the Yankees last month. Frazier’s deal with the Cubs is worth $1.5 million with another $1 million in incentives, MLB Network reported on Wednesday.
Frazier last played in the pinstripes on June 30 due to undisclosed medical issues, and had experienced vision troubles and dizziness.
With a fresh start looming for Frazier, fans of the couple quickly flocked to Gambadoro’s Instagram page on Tuesday to wish them well at the next stop.
“Congrats wishing you guys the best. Good luck in Chicago!” one follower commented on Gambadoro’s post. Another expressed, “Congratulations and Good Luck to you both in Chicago! We will miss you in New York!”
Although New York may not be in Frazier and Gamadoro’s future, it will forever be part of their past. When Frazier popped the question over the summer, he did it at The Fleur Room in Manhattan.
“I guess his three year crush on me paid off,” Gambadoro gushed at the time. “Cant wait for forever with you @clintfrazierr.”
