Jets general manager Joe Douglas is staring at another offseason that holds major importance for the organization.

This will be the second year of the Douglas/Robert Saleh version of the never-ending Jets rebuild. Douglas will be armed with approximately $60 million in salary-cap space (maybe more if he makes some unexpected cuts) and nine draft picks, four of them in the top 40.

Simply put, Douglas has given himself the resources to improve the Jets quickly and take a big step forward in 2022.
