Jonathan Rhys Meyers is catching a break after his 2020 DUI arrest.

The former “Tudors” star, 44, cut a plea deal that won’t land him any jail time and instead will serve a one-year summary probation, TMZ reported Monday.

He was also reportedly ordered to pay a $500 fine and is required to complete an alcohol education and counseling program.

Meyers was arrested for misdemeanor DUI in November 2020 after getting into a car crash in Malibu, Calif.

Police felt the Irish actor appeared intoxicated after the single-car collision and issued a field sobriety test, which he failed.

Meyers’ wife, Mara Lane, seemed to allude to his DUI on Instagram shortly after when she posted videos of their now-5-year-old son, Wolf, playing with his dad in a pool.

“I feel since so many of our lowlights seem to find their way on the web, fair to share some happy moments so when Wolf is older, he can search/find/see/remember the happies,” she captioned the video

Meyers has long struggled with alcohol abuse. After finally getting sober, the “Bend It Like Beckham” star relapsed in 2017 when Lane suffered a miscarriage.

In 2018, Meyers was detained following a “domestic dispute” with his wife aboard an American Airlines flight. She later shared he had been undergoing holistic treatment for his anger issues prior to the incident.

“8 months of sobriety and an unfortunate day of airline travel. We were in South America specifically working holistically through anger issues that result in these kinds of episodes,” she wrote online. “When in it… he is not in a frame of mind where he can really even comprehend the repercussions and necessary response to his own actions.”
