All good things come to an end. That’s what happened when the Rangers took on the Avalanche Wednesday night and their seven-game win streak came to a close.

It was a near impossible task to ask the Blueshirts to beat one of the best teams in the league with goalie Adam Huska making his NHL debut. Outside of that, there are tons of encouraging signs from a Rangers team that is one of the hottest in hockey.

To talk about the success the Blueshirts are having, we bring you a new episode of the “Up In The Blue Seats” podcast with Ron Duguay and Mollie Walker, featuring The Post’s Larry Brooks. Ron and Mollie also answer some Rangers questions from Post Sports+ members.

Up In The Blue Seats Podcast with Ron, Mollie & Jake:

  • WIN STREAK ENDS: They were tired after Tuesday’s win over the Blackhawks in Chicago. Huska was not good after the first period. These kind of games will help prepare them for the playoffs.
  • TROUBA: This is the Jacob Trouba the Rangers signed up for. He is stepping up for his teammates. He’s stepped up his game this season.
  • IGOR: Tough to get an idea of when Shesterkin might return. He seems to have had a bit of a durability issue so far in his career. Need to know his timeline before thinking of adding another goalie.
  • POST SPORTS+ QUESTIONS: Post Sports+ members ask Ron and Mollie questions on the Rangers’ season.

Larry Brooks Interview:
The Post’s Hall of Fame hockey columnist

  • KANE: Should the Rangers make a trade for Patrick Kane and is it realistic?
  • LINDGREN/FOX: Should the Rangers break up Lindgren and Fox?
  • HITS: Does the NHL need to address big hits and fights ensuing because of them? Do they need to change equipment like shoulder pads?
