The UEFA Champions League is getting ready to crown its champion for the 2021 season. And the two clubs that are squaring off are two of the best in England.

This year, Manchester City will look to earn their first Champions League title while Chelsea goes for their second. On Saturday afternoon, the two storied clubs will battle for supremacy and to take home the aptly named European Champion Clubs’ Cup.

Per usual, the final will take place on a Saturday. Though most of the league schedule takes place on a Tuesday or Wednesday, the final is strategically scheduled to be after the completion of each club’s regular season. So, they are available to play on Saturday.

For the second consecutive year, the final will be held in Portugal in a bit of a scheduling anomaly. Originally, Istanbul had been set to host the final, but because of the United Kingdom’s travel restrictions due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Turkey was not an option. So, the contest was moved to Portugal instead.

The UEFA Champions League final will be broadcast on CBS in the United States. The game between Chelsea and Manchester City will also be available to stream via Paramount+, which comes with a seven-day free trial and then costs either $5.99 a month for a subscription with limited ads or $9.99 for a no-ad experience. Additionally, streamers can use fuboTV, which also offers a seven-day free trial and will carry the game in Spanish on TUDN.

Where to watch Champions League games in USA

For those with cable, the match will be broadcast on CBS. Previous matches had been aired on CBS Sports Network, including the semifinals, Chelsea vs. Real Madrid and Manchester City vs. Paris St. Germain, but CBS will have the Saturday afternoon broadcast.

Meanwhile, streaming options for fans include Paramount+ and fuboTV, the latter of which provides a Spanish language broadcast.
